here is where the issue was and IS....

I dont and never had an issue with jessie at any point. My problem was with her constantly breaking the rules set by us members. the reason the blow up with her, was she would be in teamspeak at midnight with the guys on a saturday night...she was told repeatedly the rules over and over again, and she continued to break them. its not like it was once, twice, or even three times, but continously for well over a year, atleast once a month...
Thats why i was upset, and here is the reason for me being upset.

Teamspeak is registered to ME, under my LEGAL name...she (at that point) was a 12 year old girl with no parental supervision in channel with grown men. The way that we talk, and the subjects we discuss are NOT for children, especially unaccompanied young girls. If her MOTHER heard ANY of what is said and didnt like it, well I would be LEGALLY responsible....I tried to explain this over and over, but no one seems to grasp it...here is a scenerio...fatkid, myself, and bester are in channel...we are joking between ourselves...we discuss fatkid sucking besters cock, and bester snorting lines of coke off of fatkids fat man tit...
now imagine saying that to the face of a 12 yr old girl in a grocery store....same thing lol....

the rules are quite clear on this, Teamspeak is for members 21 and over, their guests who are 21 and over, and their children under 21 before 8 pm (the rule was actually not written as we discussed, but combat never fixed it). period. I would have preffered 7 pm, but everyone else agreed on 8 pm.
now thats the rules as they are written....

I dont have anything against jess, and never did mind her playing, but what I did have an issue with is her being on late at nite with us...which she did frequently under DWs sign in...several times (which some of you were there) she was in channel at 10 pm or later, under dws name, and didnt announce herself, we discussed drugs and sex, and how to properly hit the bong for the best effect, finding out 10 minutes later that a 12 yr old girl was listening...
